The accommodation was lovely with superfriendly and pleasant staff. The room was spotless and airy with a nice bed, a balcony, and good storage space.- The check-in was easy.- The venue was in a very central location right by the old town between the cathedral and a huge farmer's market, and restaurants and sights of the old town.

I recently stayed at Hospederia Tarela for a few nights after completing the Camino de Santiago. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk from the cathedral. The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a lovely view of a lively square filled with restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, from the comfortable beds to the spotless bathroom. The staff, especially Ismael, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the city and great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The price was also very affordable, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. I felt like a princess in a castle during my stay, and I would love to return to Hospederia Tarela in the future.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Great guy at reception. Variety in breakfast. Spotless linen and towels. Excellent location. Safe for solo travelers. Very quiet with double glazed windows and air conditioning. A bar attached with nice staff. Punch code check-in. Old building with modern comforts. Convenient tapas bar downstairs. Tastefully appointed and excellent maid service.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Maddie who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. the location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of the city and close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a cafe underneath the accommodation, making it easy to grab a quick meal or drink.
We found the noise levels at night to be a bit high, but we understand that this is expected in a city center location. the wifi was not very reliable, although the staff did their best to assist us with this issue.
